Over the decades, we have evolved into a distinguished center of learning, recognized and funded by the Central Sanskrit University, New Delhi (केंद्रीय संस्कृत विश्वविद्यालय, नई दिल्ली द्वारा संबद्धता प्राप्त एवं अनुदानित).

Our History
The story of सरस्वती आदर्श संस्कृत महाविद्यालय began on 26th January 1977, a date that holds significant historical importance in India as Republic Day. The college was established with a vision to revive and rejuvenate the study of Sanskrit in the region. Named after Saraswati, the goddess of knowledge, music, art, wisdom, and learning, the college has remained true to its name by nurturing countless scholars and teachers over the years.
From its humble beginnings, the college has grown into a well-respected institution, known for its academic rigor, dedicated faculty, and vibrant student community.
